Located in one of Sydney’s established retail and lifestyle areas, the Grew & Co boutique required more than a visually attractive interior. A jewellery store must support daily retail operations, protect high-value products, present each piece clearly, and create a calm, refined customer experience. Our role was to bring together practical shopfitting, custom joinery, display functionality and durable construction details to suit the needs of a modern Australian jewellery brand.
Practical Retail Fitout for Daily Store Operation

In this project, after comprehensive comparison and evaluation, we recommended that the client adopt a timber framing raised floor system instead of concrete construction. This solution was selected to reduce structural weight and overall construction costs, while also minimising future demolition expenses and improving flexibility for potential tenancy changes.
Compared with concrete construction, the timber framing system provides a more efficient, lightweight, and practical solution for commercial retail fitout projects.

Commercial interiors need to be durable, especially in a jewellery store where cabinets, drawers, doors, lighting and display surfaces are used every day. For this project, Custev focused on construction quality, reliable materials and clean installation details.
